胡杨异形叶结构型性状及其相互关系   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7

胡杨在个体生长发育过程中,叶形不断发生变化,植株上会逐年依次出现条形、披针形、卵形和阔卵形叶,且在同时具有这4种叶形的植株上,叶片在树冠中分布的顺序自上而下分别是阔卵形、卵形、披针形和条形。通过实验的方法对胡杨4种叶形叶片厚度、叶面积、比叶面积、叶片干重和干物质含量等5个结构型性状指标进行分析,研究不同叶形叶片的结构型性状与叶形(叶长/宽比值)之间的关系,以及各结构型性状指标间的相互关系。结果表明:叶片厚度、叶片干物质含量、叶面积和叶片干重与叶长/宽比值之间均呈明显负相关(P0.05);比叶面积随着叶长/宽比值的减小而逐渐减小,但二者相关性不明显,表明胡杨在个体发育过程中通过增加叶面积、叶厚度,减小比叶面积等方式来提高适应环境的能力。各结构型性状指标间相关性表现为:比叶面积与叶干物质含量和叶干重之间均呈明显负相关(P0.05),与叶厚度间呈极明显负相关(P0.01);叶片干重与叶厚度间呈明显正相关(P0.05);叶厚度与叶干物质含量之间、叶干重与叶面积之间均呈极明显正相关(P0.01),其它指标间无明显相关性。  相似文献

通过对蓬蘽氨基酸成分分析,蓬蘽果实与叶片均含有17种氨基酸,其中7种为人体必需氨基酸。其果实不同类型氨基酸之间的配比及含量达到或接近FAO/WHO提出的理想蛋白质模式谱标准[1]。谷氨酸含量最高,蛋氨酸含量最低,其中谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、亮氨酸居前三位。蓬蘽叶片氨基酸总含量显著高于鲜果,谷氨酸含量最高,丙氨酸含量最低,谷氨酸、赖氨酸、苏氨酸居前三位,均衡度稍逊于果实。作为对照,测定了草莓果叶、茶叶的相关数据。  相似文献

In aquatic species of carnivorous utricularia, about 10 - 50 % of the total biomass consists of bladders. Utricularia bladders are physiologically very active organs though their chlorophyll content may greatly be reduced. To specify energetic costs of carnivory, respiration (RD) and net photosynthetic rate (PN) were compared in bladders and leaves or shoot segments of six aquatic utricularia species with differentiated (U. ochroleuca, U. intermedia, U. floridana) or non-differentiated shoots (U. vulgaris, U. australis, U. bremii) under optimum conditions (20 degrees C, [CO (2)] 0.20 mM, 400 micromol m (-2) s (-1) PAR). RD of bladders of six utricularia species (5.1 - 8.6 mmol kg (-1)(FW) h (-1)) was 75 - 200 % greater, than that in leaves in carnivorous or photosynthetic shoots (1.7 - 6.1 mmol kg (-1)(FW) h (-1)). Within individual species, this difference was statistically significant at P < 0.002 - 0.01. However, PN in photosynthetic leaves/shoots (40 - 117 mmol kg (-1)(FW) h (-1)) exceeded that in bladders (5.2 - 14.7 mmol kg (-1)(FW) h (-1)) 7 - 10 times. RD of empty bladders of U. ochroleuca was exactly the same as that in bladders containing prey. Though utricularia bladders are essential for uptake of growth limiting mineral nutrients N and P from prey as the main benefit of carnivory, the current results support previous work showing that bladder function requires greater metabolic (maintenance) cost and very low photosynthetic efficiency (great RD : PN ratio).  相似文献

Circularly polarized chlorophyll luminescence (CPL) may serve as a measure of chiral macroaggregates of the light-harvesting chlorophyll-protein complexes (LHC II) in both isolated chloroplasts and intact leaves (Gussakovsky et al (2000) Photosynth Res 65: 83–92). In the present work, we applied the CPL approach to study the effect of fast (1–2 min) thermal impacts on LHC II macroaggregates. The results revealed unexpected temperature-response kinetics, composed of initial bell-shaped changes in the CPL signal, followed by degradation down to a steady state (equilibrium). The bell-shape effect was dependent upon illumination, and vanished in the dark. A mathematical analysis of the temperature-response kinetics uniquely indicated that LHC II chiral macroaggregates may persist in both left- and right-handed forms. These forms differ in their response to high temperatures. Both forms are more thermostable in leaves than in isolated chloroplasts. The cooperative degradation of LHC II macroaggregates, which is induced by the thermal impact, is irreversible. It is therefore suggested that the native LHC II macroaggregates are stable, stationary, non-equilibrium, spatially heterogeneous (dissipative) structures. The dissipative properties probably allow the interconversion between left- and right-handed forms under perturbation by certain factors. Illumination probably serves as one such perturbation factor, initiating the interconversion of dark-adapted, left-handed to light-dependent, right-handed LHC II macroaggregates. The chiral heterogeneity of the LHC II macroaggregates is a newly revealed aspect which needs to be taken into consideration in future circular dichroism or CPL studies.  相似文献

The photosynthetic light acclimation of fully expanded leaves of tree seedlings in response to gap formation was studied with respect to anatomical and photosynthetic characteristics in a natural cool-temperate deciduous forest. Eight woody species of different functional groups were used; two species each from mid-successional canopy species (Kalopanax pictus and Magnolia obovata), from late-successional canopy species (Quercus crispula and Acer mono), from sub-canopy species (Acer japonicum and Fraxinus lanuginosa) and from vine species (Schizophragma hydrangeoides and Hydrangea petiolaris). The light-saturated rate of photosynthesis (P max) increased significantly after gap formation in six species other than vine species. Shade leaves of K. pictus, M. obovata and Q. crispula had vacant spaces along cell walls in mesophyll cells, where chloroplasts were absent. The vacant space was filled after the gap formation by increased chloroplast volume, which in turn increased P max. In two Acer species, an increase in the area of mesophyll cells facing the intercellular space enabled the leaves to increase P max after maturation. The two vine species did not significantly change their anatomical traits. Although the response and the mechanism of acclimation to light improvement varied from species to species, the increase in the area of chloroplast surface facing the intercellular space per unit leaf area accounted for most of the increase in P max, demonstrating the importance of leaf anatomy in increasing P max.  相似文献

通过对烟草植株覆盖白、红、黄、蓝、紫色滤膜获得不同光质,研究了烟草叶片在7~70d的生长发育期内,不同光质处理对烟叶组织结构特征、核酮糖1,5-二磷酸羧化酶/加氧酶(Rubisco)羧化酶活性、Rubisco基因(rbc)表达及其活化酶(Rca)基因(rca)表达的影响。结果表明,与黄膜处理下生长的烟叶相比,红、蓝、紫膜处理下生长的烟叶有较高的叶片厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度、栅栏细胞密度和较小的组织空隙率。此外,红、蓝、紫膜处理的叶片有较高的Rubis-co羧化酶活性和净光合速率及较强的rbc和rca基因表达。实验结果表明不同光质对烟草叶片的组织结构特征有显著影响,光质可能通过影响Rubisco羧化酶活性进而影响叶片光合效率,而光质、叶片组织结构和光合效率之间存在某种程度的相互联系。  相似文献

Both ribosome-inactivating proteins (RIPs) and plant proteinase inhibitors, belong to protein families known to regulate cellular homeostasis and likely involved in plant defense. Nevertheless the interest in these protein classes is due to their potential use for the treatment of several important human diseases such as cancer. Thus, in the present study, type 1 ribosome-inactivating protein and wheat subtilisin/chymotrypsin inhibitor, were engineered into a chimeric protein with cytotoxic action selective for murine tumor cells, while lacking any appreciable toxicity on murine normal cells. This chimeric protein selectively sensitizes to apoptotic death cells derived from Simian-virus-40-transformed mouse fibroblasts (SVT2 cells). The cytotoxicity of this new recombinant product has been detected also on three different human malignant cells. Therefore action on tumor cells of this protein could represent a potentially very attractive novel tool for anticancer drug design.  相似文献

The colonization and radiation of multicellular plants on land that started over 470 Ma was one of the defining events in the history of this planet. For the first time, large amounts of primary productivity occurred on the continental surface, paving the way for the evolution of complex terrestrial ecosystems and altering global biogeochemical cycles; increased weathering of continental silicates and organic carbon burial resulted in a 90 per cent reduction in atmospheric carbon dioxide levels. The evolution of plants on land was itself characterized by a series of radical transformations of their body plans that included the formation of three-dimensional tissues, de novo evolution of a multicellular diploid sporophyte generation, evolution of multicellular meristems, and the development of specialized tissues and organ systems such as vasculature, roots, leaves, seeds and flowers. In this review, we discuss the evolution of the genes and developmental mechanisms that drove the explosion of plant morphologies on land. Recent studies indicate that many of the gene families which control development in extant plants were already present in the earliest land plants. This suggests that the evolution of novel morphologies was to a large degree driven by the reassembly and reuse of pre-existing genetic mechanisms.  相似文献

大理茶 ( Camellia taliensis) 为山茶科山茶属茶组植物,主要分布于云南横断山脉澜沧江至伊洛瓦底江流域,即从云南的西部及西南部至缅甸北部。在其分布区,大理茶亦被称为野生大茶树,常用于加工制作茶叶。采用水蒸气蒸馏法、GC 及 GC/MS 联用技术,首次对大理茶的鲜幼叶和鲜幼叶及老叶分别制成的绿茶中的挥发性成分进行提取和分析,共鉴定出 91 个化合物。研究结果表明,大理茶鲜幼叶的主要香气成分为棕榈酸 ( 30. 52%) ,亚油酸 ( 19. 82%) ,植醇 ( 8. 75%) 和亚麻酸乙酯 ( 2. 54%) 等有机酸及其酯和二萜类,而制成绿茶后,其主要香气成分则为芳樟醇 ( 28. 43%) ,脱氢芳樟醇 ( 1. 13%) ,α-松油醇( 11. 68%) ,橙花醇 ( 4. 92%) 和香叶醇 ( 12. 34%) 等单萜醇类成分。从大理茶鲜叶到由其制成的绿茶,香气成分发生了较大变化,形成了 28 种原鲜叶中未检测到的香气成分,其中,( Z,Z,Z) -9,12,15-十八烷三烯-1-醇的含量分别达到 1. 21% ( 幼叶绿茶) 和 11. 2% ( 老叶绿茶) ,是大理茶制作的绿茶的特征香气成分。DPPH 和 ABTS+自由基清除实验结果显示大理茶鲜叶及其制成的绿茶的挥发性成分均具有一定的抗氧化活性,但均弱于茶多酚的抗氧化活性。  相似文献
